to be honest they could probably start promoting other businesses to ship with them and they may be able to look into running tourist trains because the line is very scenic and i think the tourstis train idea would work well if the right planning was done

Awesome caboose! I have ridden trains through Danville several times but I have never Railfanned there. Do they care if you film by that tower? Thats where I want to film
No they don't mind at all I'm usually chillin by the depot

Loving this! Reminds me of my childhood listening to the trains. We always lived within a few blocks of the tracks and I would lie in bed listening to the horns. I have always loved that lonesome sound. And the dark skies of a gray snowy day just makes the lonesome sound more intense. ❤

About 20 daily trains with extras it would be about 30-40 trains per day and yes its a safe place to railfan
