Was that rhe 33 hp or 25 hp
33 hp. Nice machine, but I like my 304 cat better
That is not a strong Bulldozer is having trouble pushing them small trees
Nice excavator ❤
Thanks!
Were you find a bulldoizer at
It was on the internet.
Why is he depositing some of the material to the uphill side of his new trail? The low side needs building up.
That's the top soil! Was put back on top at the end of road construction for excellent grass growth. Thanks for commenting
Treball excelent👏👏👌👌👍👍🌲🌲🪓🪓
👍
Any value in aspen?
Tiene que corregir algunas cosas en la operación de la máquina, por ejemplo no tener los motores de traslación en la misma dirección donde está excavando.
Sounds good 👍
Thats a nice clear cut! We prefell too. Makes the days easy
Thanks!
Ran one of the first 620 Timberpros ever , set up with the 7000. It was a 2003 model. About 3 years in that and before that a Timbco 415 track machine with a Keto 500 head. That head was a pile by the time I ran it. Was a giant leap forward to the Log Max! Mostly hardwood in U.P. Mi.
Woww mantap 👍👍
Thanks!
I have exact same dozer. Is the co tools forward front and pull back reverse? I can't get mine in reverse and it's been yrs since I ran it.
very good, machine
Sweet
Oh man that was fun to watch. I always get a kick out of stuff like this and can watch it for hours.
Hope so! I am trying to buy one now but wish I could find a D4.
Hard to find these days. Cost is up to!
Hey I been looking at getting a timbco 425 I was wondering about how much fuel l does it go through a hour with the bar-saw head
Hello it was around 40 to 50 gallons in 10 hours
@@joemisch5969 ok thanks you for replying
Wow- your getting every morels of wood out of those Oak. I just purchased a 6000. Seems a difference of opinion on using the auto knife close and Manuel pulse open when needed or turning that off and Manuel pulse close for both knives. How do you run your?
Thanks! U know this machine was never set up right for automatic and it had the log mate computer in it and I didn't care for that either. But I had the manuel pulses set pretty high for hardwood and just did manual close was the easiest for me. 6000 is a nice head to first dange head I ran was a 6000 on a valmet 921. Been running a 931 with the c144 on it and that head is a animal amazing power
Any further thoughts or videos using it in soil?
There pretty good machine would rather and a bobcat model but this was in my price range. I'll try to get a dirt video out for u. Thanks for the comment!
@@joemisch5969 I just bought the same unit. Skid Pro 84” with hydraulic angle. Haven’t used the Bobcat to compare. But this thing does a phenomenal job dressing a rough grade, cutting the top layer of compacted areas, getting roots and such out of an area after excavator/clearing work, and re-grading bumpy lawns without having to tear out the sod first. Looking forward to your videos!
Great job 👍👍👍 Great channel 👏👏👏
Thanks!
That's Fucking Awesome Joe!!!
Good video!
Thanks!
I need to dig a 24" wide x 12" deep x 80' long trench for a retaining wall footing. I think this is what I'm going to rent. Thanks for the video!
Good deal thanks for comment 👍
the little d3 is a nice machine in the right hands. And will run forever on 5 gallons of fuel.
They are nice for the small jobs and and in the woods. Like how easy they are to run so simple. Thanks for the comment!
Cool !!
Never like to see a dairy barn go down Seen enough here in California get torn down. Where are you at??
It's a sad site. Grew up working on farms this size and they are just about all gone. This was by Franklin WI they were milking 20 jerseys till it blew off the foundation in the back 3 weeks ago.
Looking good Joe!
Thanks!
Was thinking of renting that same machine to dig up some rocks on my property. After seeing that thing in action I think it’ll do the job with no problem. Thanks for sharing your video.
Glad u liked the video. The main thing with any machine is that u just need patience to learn and don't get frustrated and if u do get frustrated just take a walk for 10 min and calm down and it will go better thanks for watching.
@@joemisch5969 thanks for the advice. I’m looking forward to the challenge.
@@joemisch5969 Another tip - if you are getting frustrated with the machine, get off, grab a shovel and dig for a couple minutes. That usually puts things back in perspective.
How do you like it in the soil? Do you have any complaints about it?
It works good. If u have the extra money I would get the bobcat brand. I rented the bobcat soil conditioner when I first started out and they do a awesome job but they cost another 3000 dollars. This was in my budget and dose the job. The hydraulic moter did go out just before the warranty was up and they sent me a new one right away great customer service.
Thank you
Wonderful job. Love those heads. Also like how little waste you have. Thumbs up
Thanks they are some awesome heads
Nice work ! Keep the videos coming ! 😎❤️
Thanks!
amazing, what our ancestors would have given to have such a machine!
Good Job!
Thanks
Nice looking machine! Is it for sale?
Thanks might be for sale this fall
Joe, What state are you in? Any Idea of what you want for it?
We are in Ettrick Wisconsin. I would have to think about what I would want for it.
I am in Stillwater Minnesota about 125 miles away. I looked at one last weekend about 250 miles away.
Thats not to far away if you want to take a look some time I would sell for 20,000 in the near future if you are interested
When pushing with a full blade of dirt I will not steer the machine, one track spins and you lose about 50% of your pushing power. Once I start pushing I will let the machine go where it wants to or I use the tilt for steering. I tilt the blade down in the direction I want to go.
Thanks for the tip still learning and always like help
Where the dozer frame attaches to the tractor there should be 2 grease zerks under the dirt. Those get forgotten then don't take grease, then it starts wearing and you have a loose blade.
The blade is getting some play in it the previous owner didn't grease very much.
How do you like your 550 C? How long have you owned it? I am looking at buying one. I wish I could find one with pedal steer and 6 bottom rollers. Have you put many hours on it? Have you had any problems with it?
550 C is a nice machine I like it put about a 100 hours on it now haven't had any problems yet
Do you work for Solberg?
I did for 12 years best job i had in the woods love those valmets now I have my excavation business but run that big timberpro in the winter for another guy
@@joemisch5969 ok thought that looked like his MO. So you cut a lot of Bell jobs then
We cut a lot of them for bell sure was some nice wood did a lot for biewer to
I keep forgetting Wisconsin has other things besides roundabouts in it. I like the idea you had at 1:05 to simplify cutting down that tree, it just didn’t come out well. Great video 👍
Hey man, do you like your 7000 better than the 365 head? Is it faster?
I like the 365 better was just the right size for average cutting applications it was faster I think in nice wood. But when it comes to big wood 20 to 30 inch diameter the 7000 is awesome and faster.
Joe Misch The old head is pretty weak. You should go with the logmate 500 computer. There should be a few used ones around. Even the computer upgrade makes a huge difference. Stop on a dime, then hit saw

YOUNG MAN U NEED BLADE IN FRONT OF EXCAVATOR AT ALL TIME

Tip: use the blade towards the direction of were you are digging..
I was using the blade to level out the machine digging up hill I'm used to sitting in a leveling cab on the tree harvester thanks for the comment good tip

Hey man really enjoy your videos! I can tell you’ve spent a lot of time in the seat of that bad boy, excellent operator👍🏻 I log here in Wisconsin too, we run all Ponsse equipment though but we mainly work in Eau Claire, Dunn, pepin, and rusk county areas.
Thanks really enjoyed running the 911 great to hear from another wi logger
Did you rent the excavator and if you did how much was it?
Yes I rented it It was 200 for 3 hours minimum and 65 a hour after that
Whats the tip size on that stuff? doesn't look that large im assuming all pulp?
Looks like it hit the ground a lil hard from the way it's broken, I've seen a few broke that way
This head has hit everything hard I think last guy that owned this machine was hard on it I'll make a vid soon on all the welding that has been done its crazy
Nice, not see that machine before
Thanks more videos coming
How come you saw every butt off ?
The mill dosen't like the butt flare on the spruce its saws are run by computers and it miss judges the size of the tree
Oh 10/4 thanks for the reply, thought that may be the case .
