After five amazing days in Norma, this was my last chance to take to the skies before heading home. The clouds were heavier, and the wind stronger than previous days, providing a fresh challenge. Thankfully, the local pilots were out in force, offering tips and tricks for handling these conditions. A memorable way to end an unforgettable flying trip!

Because one flight wasn’t enough, I took to the skies for a second time on January 1! Just a brief circle above Norma, enjoying the afternoon sun and practicing a graceful return to the top landing spot. A light, fun, and effortless addition to my flying log for the day!
