my son had no help.. had meds till he was 16, then got told adhd don't go into adults n his meds stops.. at 18, my son entered the o prison service still no real help finally something in 2011.. very sparce help.. i too have had to call services for him.. he also called them.. asking for help.... theres no funding for adult services

Oh, I am so sorry that your mental health has been dismissed. I have went through DBT, my mom had Borderline and my sisters and I are totally messed up. It has helped me ssssoooo much. I know this is a year old, if you want a copy of the DBT workbook... I am in the States and there is much the same disconnect between the people who need services and the providers. Love your effectt!!!

I totally understand what you are going through I have mental health issues and it's not easy I have been for therapy all they did was show me how to breath properly when what I really needed was someone to talk to and make me understand how to cope with it good luck your tutorials are great xx

If you sealed the piece before using the inks they would spread more easily and wouldn’t stain so much it you wanted to change it.

Can i do this with jesmonite ac100 and The clay that dries with air;

Perhaps ink would move easier if the pot was sealed first to make it non porous.

can u add the ink in the jesminte before u poor it

can u use pens to colour the roses? do u seal after
