Coming from an Atheist, the cross is a symbol of protection across many religion, and it actually originated is paganism and polytheistic religions before Christians adopted it.💗

Please stop this trend wearing a cross and not being Christian isn't a bad thing(my opinion i never wore a cross bcuz I never thought I would look good in one and I dont wear necklaces) Please stop it seriously you can wear a cross and not be Christian and wearing a cross dosent been your Christian please stop!!Also the cross dosent belong to the Christians it belongs to the Egyptians they founded it first and they wear it as a sign of heritage so no the cross doesn't belong to Christians..

everyone who wears a cross has their own symbolic meaning to them, it can be popular in gothic subcultures (one of the main subcultures that adds a cross to the fashion) for many different reasons. Gothic ideology appreciates the darker things in life whether it's resembling death or pain, etc. (which is not a bad concept, life can't be lived without pain, death comes with living your life.) The term gothic actually comes from church architecture from medieval period which way be another motive! There's so many. :) Also I want to remind you that crosses were used long before Christianity and it's not just Christianity. :)
