We have deer where I live. Their behaviour around people is usually quite more timid than this. Nice vid
Just checking to make sure that wasn’t a moose steak on the grill.
Amazing encounter. I'm surprised the fire didn't alarm him.
The knocked over cup was worth the interchange I’d say.
You Great Good... !!! I wish you every day of your development. Best Relaxing +thumb up3!
Hahahahah
Turkey answered.
Owl Bundy!!
Whatever was killed by the owl didn't see or hear it coming for sure. Beauty of a fishing spot.
Owl with frog in throat.
That was a Barred owl
That looks like a beautiful spot to camp!
It sounded like an owl and a turkey? Hard to hear, beautiful spot though!
Incredible animals.
Cool vid keep it up
Thanks, will do!
That’s what non-campers think happens when camping. I thought he was going to steal your shoe.
I would have made a mess in my pants, that's awesome!
I feel like he just school bullied you. Like he just came down to slap your coffee over
What a beautiful moment. Cheers from Montreal. Haven’t been to Algonquin Park in years. So nice.
That is a very close encounter. Thanks for sharing this experience with us.
Poor moose is obviously unwell 😢
Why do you say that???
@@justinflott5133 Because healthy moose….. do not come anywhere near human’s & campfires…. Especially in the bush.
@@creatorschild8247 they do in Algonquin. They’ve become somewhat habituated.
@@justinflott5133 moose aren’t like deer…… unless they’re sick. Usually a tick in the brain. I live in Algonquin…. It’s my backyard
@@creatorschild8247 - so do I. Elephant Lake rd.
Amazing 😊
Tenderloins for breakfast, yum!
Lots of sightings by our cottage just south of Algonquin. I have had a cow run across the road 10' ahead of me luckily i was going exceptionally slow. Saw another stopped on hwy 118 just checking out traffic. Another young bull peaked out of the woods on hwy 118 and then disappeared back into the woods. Two young calfs were on the road leading to our cottage about 50' ahead of me. I stopped and reached for my camera but they saw me and went back into the woods . I was so disappointed. This spring though there were lots of tracks by our cottage with young ones too. That freaked me out for a while. This is over a span of 3 years. We're getting cameras installed as there is a lot of activity here 🦌🐻🐺🦊🦃🐿
Crazy cool. Walked away a litte dejected. Its always proper camping edicate to offer those visiting your camp some coffee.
Wow, what a big dog! 😂 Jkjk. I’m from Canada too and I’m waiting for the day I encounter one in the wild. 🫎
Visit and be polite...that's OK...BUT WHEN YOU KNOCK MY COFFEE OVER...IT'S GAME ON!!!
That's frickin' awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently he was expecting flapjacks..
WOWWWWWWWWWWW :) tx for the video my friend! :)
I’d rather lose the coffee than have him attack………😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bulwinkle wants some coffee 🤣
Where did you buy your Portreer camping chairs ???
Amazon I believe, we have had them for a while now.
What the heck Marty moose maple.. wonder if it was released and had comfort with Thanks for sharing gkad no one got hurt, except your coffee.. which must have hurt!
I’d shoot it
Almost had this at Manitou Lake in August this year by the portage head from Amable Du Fond. Woken up at 3am to what sounded like a Boeing 747 jet trampling through the bush 10 feet from my tent as I pissed myself then hearing it trample into the water like a canoe getting beached on shore. In the morning I saw all the tracks on the beach and broken branches where it effortlessly pushed through the brush. Just a big boy coming to check out the humans in its hood! 😂
My reaction would be the same when moose hits coffee. He was so curious. Baffling behavior
I'd shit my pants
The moose seems in good shape body wise to me. I have seen a few with deformed antlers. Its August so the antlers are nearly done growing. It probably hit it against a tree when it was just starting and softer...and just bent it a bit. Seems a tad curious, I'm amazed it wasn't spooked by the smoke. It must like camping!...And Coffee! "Cool Video! 😊👍
we had a similar experience at provoking lake with a cow and calf. talk about animals that dont give a fuck. another instance my daughter and i were leaving kingscote lake and followed this mature calf for a few hundred meters and ya its entire ass end was just covered in what i assume were ticks. sorry that happened to your coffee
Couldn't see the bugs. Curious fella
lolololololololololol Love it!!
That was epic!
It was but definitely not on my list of things to do again! LOL

That is undoubtedly a very unhealthy moose. I wonder if it survived the winter...
If we happen to make it back into Bigger this year I will be on the lookout for him! I would imagine he made it but that is just my guess.
Not sure what you mean by unhealthy? Did you see something I didn't. He did look health to me, but what do I know about Moose.
Yeah I don’t think that antler deformities suggest health issues. They may have worse luck during the rut but he seems healthy in this vid.
Mineral deficiency can cause varied antler growth. Nothing wrong with that bull
It seemed hungry and looking for food, perhaps it's gotten scraps from campsites in the past. It's ribs seemed to be fairly visible but not sure if more so than normal.
Whats up Steve long time no chat and i didn't know you had a youtube account lol oh it's Al Wilson
