"I'll be the one, if you want me to." really should be "I'll be the one, if you want me too." It gives the song more meaning and emotion.

I just love Ian Axel"s arrangement and performance of "Say Something". I can't stop listening to it. I've tried to arrange it for trumpet (one of my collaborators), but failed. Only Ian can bring the sweet drama of this music out.

The A Great Big World version ruined this. I know Ian needed to get his name out there, but making it a duet defeats the purpose of this song. It's tragic because he's singing it alone, desperately trying to get attention.
