I was just thinking abt this earlier. One of my "rules" for striking. Not too much head movement when kicks are involved. Hands stay up or actice at all times. Never throw the inside calf kick from open stance. It should b commom sense by now

I think the only time I'd throw an inside calf kick from open stance is immediately after blocking my opponent's high kick. Much harder to check when he's on one leg.
