[4K] Explore the unexplored VARKALA | Anjego Fort | Anjengo Lighthouse | EP-02
We have explored the Anjengo Fort & Lighthouse in Achuthengu, which is just 30 minutes drive from Varkala Cliff.
Anjengo Fort was built during 1690's by the British, where they got this land from Queen of Attingal for trade purpose.
Next to the Fort, there is a Light house known as Anjengo Lighthouse, which permits the entry between 3-5 PM. It offers a beautiful 360° view over the fort, beaches, backwaters and endless coconut groves.
Fort : No entry fee
LightHouse : Rs 10 - Adults
Rs 3 - Children

Yes from boat jetty its walkable, you can also hire auto if required, which is available next to the boat jetty.

Nt sure about 2 wheeler renting near to boat jetty.. but there are rental spots in the streets of fortkochi..We did walking and hired auto basically.
