There are multiverses within each timelines. That is why there are multiple Lokis. A branch timeline spawn multiverses. Say there are 63 branches in one timeline (because 63 is better than 52), and each branch has a set of their own multiverses. So yeah, and if those branches will re-branch again, yeah, Doctor Strange will be mad.
