It's so funny when I reading all these comments attacking angry guy But, nobody ever take the time to look very close at video why this guy get angry. Those guy's who make this video their not angels at all. They are instigators. If they leave garbage containers on their right side where is no garage across the street will be never ever problems but just because they are nasty one they put garbage container on the left side so when guys try to leave garage garbage containers are blocking. I believe this problem is all the time when is garbage day. Those guys with camera at terrible instigators.

My neighbors At wintertime put the garbage bins on the street. Make the snow blower not cleaning Street property just because of them. By rules they supposed to put the garbage bins on their driveway 12in far away from the street. Happen all the time when snowblower passing by hitting the garbage container and flying garbage everywhere. Some people never learn. If I will be a good neighbor I would put my garbage container other side of my cars cuz is enough room for that. Looking on the pictures is no garage there and there's no bother other people. Not only those people are obnoxious and put container closer to his garage door so he can't turn his van they also install the camera. I understand why he get angry because I believe they doing it all the time.

Techcally speaking, the alley should be clear. There is no such thing as your side or his side. If the alley is 16' wide and your cans were more than 8' on your side of the center line, then your cans are on your property even if there is no clear demarcation. If the cans were on my property and he reached over and did that I would have gone nuts and got in his face. If the cans were technically in the alley, I would make some clear demarcation and keep my cans on that side. Take it from someone who has made to manage his alley for years. I hope it all worked out with the OP.

Confirmation of a grade 1 primo ass hole right there. I've been blighted with 2 retard neighbors for many years, but here in the UK we have a system with the local council to report and record anti social neighbor behaviour. These reports are checked by solicitors whenever a house is on the market, as part of the due diligence system to protect potential buyers from problem neighbors. It can really cause a culprit problems if they ever decide to sell their house. I have reported every incident concerning these two cretins, over a period of over 20 years, so they have quite a record! In the past 2 years both have decided to move on, thank the lord, but I knew what was going to happen. A complainant can be asked to cancel the records if they are happy and satisfied that the problems have been resolved, if not they stay on record. So, I was contacted by both parties solicitors asking for met to cancel the report records, I refused point blank, citing that these morons were happy to cause me serious grief for 20 years and laugh about it, so, they can forget any chance of me retracting my complaint reports. The solicitors then decided to take ME to court for being unreasonable, so, I engaged the legal cover on my house insurance policy to defend the actions. It didn't go to court as my defence solicitor proved the case to be invalid. Next, through my defence solicitor I was offered compensation to clear the record, the offers were initially derisory, so I declined. Eventually I was made offers of an acceptable amount, but I declimed until they exceeded even that! Then I accepted, on the condition that I received written apologies from both parties, detailing their respective behaviours. They had no choice but to accept. So I received the compensation. Although one of them still felt the need to confront me and accuse me of being unreasonable, although his language was pure profanity. I laughed at him, advised him it was all recorded on CCTV, and advised him to take a day off from being a idiot. We are not talking low rent low lifes here either, these 2 were upper middle class professionals, problem is they are sociopaths. My advice to anyone moving house, make checking out your neighbors a priority, no matter how nice the house is, or how respectable the area seems.
