it certainly is!! Come to VA!
Just keep sharing ❤❤❤
Aww thanks for the encouragement ❤
Definitely a compliment.... You're the cool professor.
Aww thanks bro 👊!!
To follow the example you used; I actually do this with traffic to control the potential situation/emotions involved and it does help.
I love that you already do that naturally! We def need more drivers on the road like you (not like me hahaha! ) 😋
Thanks professor! Loved the visual and real world examples... Helped me identify and "frame" the ideas within my own life.
William!!!! 😄why you calling me professor bro? 😅Now I had to make a video about it haha! thanks for watching all my videos
😂 road rage
😬 *hides in shame*
I've relapsed and started eating salads (and bagels if people bring them to the office... If it's free it doesn't count haha).
Nooooooo 😱!! not the bagels. lol @ if its free it doesn't count.
Love that advice... Acknowledge the fear, thank the fear for doing its job and making you consider your choices, and then act.
Im glad it was helpful. Its nice to have these visual tips to help us push through the fear. right now I need to push through the lack of motivation because of these slow ass moving videos of mine
Sometimes I listen to podcasts or books when I fall asleep and have noticed I'll have more vivid dreams. More related to affirmations than subliminals I suppose.
yes, very likely that there's a connection between your vivid dreams and the content you're listening to while you fall asleep
I feel like there are subliminal messages in this video!
you're very astute! yes, there was 1. were you able to figure out what it was? 😀
This video not only addresses my own occassional feelings of imposter syndrome, but it shows how spraying fragance after sniffing candles helps with finding inspiration! 😂
hahahha! We do what we gotta do to stay motivated 🤣
Thank you for sharing that last quote, it was so powerful!!
So happy it resonated with you!
Haha funny bloopers at the end 😂
hehe!! glad you enjoyed them ! 😆
Omg I was just telling my coworker yesterday as soon as I lose 10 more pounds then I'll feel worthy.
😥, i can relate. but we are worth more than our weight and our looks ❤ i hope you remember your worth!
Enjoying this series ❤
So glad you are enjoying it !
Warched this 2x ❤ Thanks🙏
Awww so happy to hear you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Very articulate way of looking at the word "BE" 💯 Btw, watched the entire video waiting for outtakes and bloopers, lol PS: I bet you'll boost your engagement stats by including them!
Hahaha!! Well Lucky for you there will be a small blooper real on the next video which is scheduled for Wednesday next week. Many thanks for the feedback. Its really encouraging
Love the stories. Very relatable and inspiring, thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much. glad to hear it resonates
have you read atomic habits? it talks at some point about "BE". once you start running, you're a runner. no matter how often you run or if you just do it once. you're a runner
Love that book.
I've heard of the book, but I've never read it. so cool to realize im not far off on my thoughts. I love the example of being a runner! very powerful imagery
"What you focus on, you see. When you focus on certain things, it becomes your reality." Thank you Ixchel Ayre.
Thank you!!

Hahahahha! 🎉 my favorite video of yours to date! Awesome
I guess you enjoyed the blooper reel as well? hahaha! I'm happy to hear this was your fav video thus far. Thanks for watching! :)
This was a great video and absolutely resonates with me. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for your feedback! Im so happy it resonated with you :)
Is there a situation where perfectionism is beneficial?
@@VADALESS thanks for your question. Yes, I think for example if I was on an operating table and a doctor was doing a heart transplant, I would need the doctor to have precision and be as close to perfection as possible, because maybe "good enough" wouldn't cut it. Other than that I can't think of another reason why perfectionism would be so imperative. Open to other thoughts and opinions on this matter.
Love it. Perfect imperfection❤
Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed it ❤️
Such good content, thank you for the mini-series, it's very informative and helped me a lot
Thank you for watching, I'm glad you're enjoying it :)
Fun/interesting. We all need a strategy to perform our best sometimes; to overcome setbacks or self imposed obstacles
yes so true!! thanks for watching :)

Definitely a topic I need to focus on. Thanks!

Welcome back, looking forward to your journey.
Thank you, appreciate it!
Same here, also bought stainless steel pans to cook in.💪🔥❤️
good idea!
Great tips. LOVE BILTONG!!!
oh yeah! Biltong is the bomb haha
Curious to hear how this continues to go for you! Especially your hidradenitis supuritiva. We are 35 days into carnivore as a family and my teenage son has HS. It seems to have calmed down some for him, but I can't say that it's actually healing yet, but we remain hopeful!
Hi there! thanks for your comment! So, same here, I've noticed the inflammation calm down a lot but its not completely healed and I still get triggered. For example the other day I put a sweet and sour sauce on my meat and it obviously contained sugar and I flared up and my wounds were raw and painful, so I realize I really need to stay away from sugar as much as possible. I will definitely give more updates as I go along on this journey. Thanks for following along.
Thanks for the honest share.
Thank you! 🙏
Hi. Okay carnivore world is my world. I predict this will be the focus of your Channel❤. You will be fascinated by the work of Dr Chris Palmer and Dr Georgia Eads. Remain curious.💪🔥♥️
Thank you Tim/Carnivore Caveman! I just checked out your channel, I love your skateboarding videos, very cool! Thanks for mentioning those names definitely gonna check them out. So far I'm enjoying Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Paul Saladino, Dr. Ken Berry, and other Carnivore TH-camrs, so thanks for pointing these new ones out to me.
❤ I like your video, I think you're going to be very good at this! Anything positive and uplifting insightful, self-help I'm in for that!🔥♥️💪
Thank you so much Tim! thanks for the encouragement. Thanks for supporting, need all the support I can get especially during these beginning stages

There's a channel Meat Is Where it's at... They haven't posted in a few months because they were moving. The wife had hidradenitis suppurativa and saw it clear up when she was eating the carnivore diet.
Omg! Really!! Thanks for telling me that, I'm gonna check their channel out! that gives me hope 🙌
i just found the video, thanks again for pointing me in that direction!

@@IxchelAyre Carnivore is not sustainable for most people
The mistake you make when you start carnivore. Is thinking about fasting? Why on earth would you want to even think about fasting??? You just need to eat and keep eating until you no longer feel like eating you. Stop eating when you are satiated, Not full. full is what you feel like when you eat a standard American diet.
yes, I wont be fasting anytime soon, currently im just eating when im hungry and stopping when i feel satiated. what i meant in the video is that this a diet that would eventually be possible to fast on since i feel sustained for longer periods of time. thanks for the support!
"Carnivore Zen" The sugar crashes were a withdrawal symptom, as your body primarily burned carbs. Your clarity is because you are burning ketones, which is the preferred fuel for your brain (any glucose your brain needs is manufactured in your liver by a process call gluconeogenesis). This should also help with your depression. BTW wait until you are completely fat adapted and able to fast for really extended periods. instead of a crash of energy, you just get genuinely hungry (like you might have been as a child)
Carnivore Zen!! Thank you, I forgot the term. Are you also on the carnivore diet? I assume so. Thank you for your in-depth comment @magnessskippton2509. Yes, I’m learning more about the different ways our body burns fuel. I can’t wait to see the results from being completely fat adapted including improvements in my depression and pmdd symptoms and having a flat belly of course hahaha!
@@IxchelAyre Yep for a couple years now. It might be bumpy for a while longer, but you should see more unexpected changes. Good luck!
@@magnessskippton2509 oh that's awesome! thanks for the encouragement, looking forward to more unexpected changes.
Don't stop doing carnival. It is the most amazing thing you can do for yourself. You will feel the healthiest you ever felt and you will not want to go back to eating toxic plants and horrible deadly carbohydrates.
Thanks for this informative video. Definitely going to do some research about EMDR

Beautiful video. I just want to say that, having been through depression I found this video to be very comforting and uplifting. It’s great to find a therapist who can make the time to explain in detail what they’ve been through. Someone who’s experienced depression for themselves is much better to help another person navigate. Though I hate to see you cry, on one hand it does speak volumes about you that you, left this moment in the video and didn’t edit it out. That’s what we all need; keep that conversation going with someone who can be vulnerable with us, honest but, also has the experience to help us manage these complex emotions. On a sidenote, I love your accent.
Thank you for watching the video and for leaving such a meaningful comment, much appreciated. I'm glad you found the video uplifting.
