Here is a video about my painting "Flowers in Flour". I started with a photograph of wildflowers in a giant canister used for flour! I edited the photo to black and white to see all the variations in the value scale. Then I filled in some colors over the photograph on Procreate on my ipad to see how the color scheme would look. Then I painted and have a finished painting! I ended up changing the color scheme a little bit. Sometimes the plan on the iPad isn't the same as the actual painting.
