Inspired by Lissan, although she actually edited her gmv lmfao. This song reminded me of James and Mary sort of. The meaning is slightly off but whatever. To get the highest quality cutscenes and audio, I used fmvtools to extract the cutscenes from an original PS2 disc copy of Silent Hill 2, and then used a tool called MFAudio to convert the PS2 PCM to WAV PCM.
