Tennessee vs. Garner. The perps showed reckless disregard for human life by shooting out of a car. Officers can use deadly force to prevent the escape of someone who is deemed an immediate threat to the public.
Could of had a tracker on one of them and it would’ve been pinging the car in the Middle East.
Pff all of this over an elaborate scheme to get people drunk, steal cars, strip them, sell the parts, run from the cops and get in a shoot out? It's like you can't do ANYTHING anymore in OCRP without the cops breathing down your neck! LOL
