Dr. Roger Chambers was the most intelligent preacher, short of the inspired evangelist of the first century, to ever live. If every pulpit in America was filled with a Dr. Chambers, it would be a different place than it is today. I hope to shake his hand one day.

Jimmy was one of my favorite Bible teachers at Harding University. We fished together also. He was so passionate for the Word.

That’s a good lesson preached right at me and everyone else. We need to think about these things , we need to contemplate it and evaluate ourselves. This kind of preaching just isn’t coming out of the pulpit much anymore.

I had this wonderful Christian man and teacher years ago at Harding, and will never forget him. I learned any lessons from him, and some were tough, but he is one of the reasons I am who I am today.

Man that was good. Praise the Lord.

Dr. Roger Chambers was the best educated preacher in modern times and handled the Scriptures more accurately than any preacher in modern times. I hope to shake his hand one day tell him how his message of "what it means to be saved" changed my life.

Never heard a preacher from the church claim that God spoke directly to him - and offer as proof his own testimony. I appreciate this being posted because it provides an early example - the seed being planted - of where we are in many locales today.

Love Frances Chan but I thought we are only to pray directly to God not Jesus ? I do pray to God and thank him for sending Jesus and for the forgiveness of sin.

"The Spirit led me to Matthew, chapter 10." I rather doubt that. How about, "I thought about the words of Matt 10." Isn't that a lot more likely than Holy Spirit leading? If you have more sermons by Jimmy Allen, I'd love to hear them. This guy needs to do a little more studying - and use fewer phrases like "screwing up" or "screwed up". I quit using that phrase 40+ years ago.

Also first time hearing this man, he does a very good job in his expression and tone makes it easy to follow along. Well done

Drove by a church downtown state college PA on the college campus, sure as hell they got the biggest rainbow flag hanging on the door saying acceptance or something along those lines. Absolutely makes me sick so I can't even imagine how God feels about it
