I agree! Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been starting to shift my view of it. My ominous terrifying perception of it is starting to lift which means I can react and respond better to symptoms. When you look at it from a non-panicked state, you can really see how amusing it is to be scared of anxiety. At the end of the day it is just chemicals telling you to feel or think a certain way, and when you look at it like that, you can lose your fear of it and become free from it. Thank you for this video!

I agree brother! I sadly lost my girl to alcohol it's the devil. I think the caffeine is more personal tho, green tea can still have about half as much as coffee! It's more about getting to know yourself with some sort of mindfulness to your own body and figuring out what amount is good for u. Have a nice day brother.
