I had the 85, bought it as a leftover in 87, brand new. Wrapped it around a telephone pole getting chased by the popo on July 4th, 87.... I think I was doing at least 90 mph needless to say when I got out of the hospital 2 months later I went to where they had the bike, well what was left of it, it was basically in boxes...I loved that bike, even more than the ZX-11 I had later on down the road...

Oh my god. What a treasure trove. The little Honda v twin nice, cbx 750, CBX1000 is one of the later ones, very nice. I had a Z1300, would like to see your one finished. Beautiful GS1000. They’re all superb. All of them. You’re a lucky chap. Thanks for sharing.

The GPz900r is something of an unsung hero of that era for me....I feel like it was quite a step forward for biking at the time...and at that 900cc..did it predict the Fireblade??..a great bike in a great collection. :)

I can tell you are mid 50ish. You spawney twot,😁 that is the perfect collection, apart from a z900 I could not choose better. Top lad.

sweet collection. Onne question, how do you manage to keep them healthy (running) you must keep a very tight schedule maintenance/running, riding in order to keep them charged and start ready.
