Try to make it with woodprix plans :)
I made a similar one with woodprix instructions!
I'm sure you'll learn how to make it if you'll read woodprix instructions from cover to cover :)
I'm pretty sure the best instruction is on woodprix.

Nice. This is the first brand I've found that offers a solar panel built in.
Those are really nice! My wife would love those. I wonder how often they will have to be charged?
They claim the charge should last 4 to 6 months, but we'll see what the reality winds up being.
@@NineRingsWoodCraft That's awesome! I'm sure it depends on the amount they go up and down. 😄
@@scottreynoldswoodworking Yeah for sure. They also do sell solar rechargers that stick to the windows and keep them at full charge, which are interesting. My wife didn't like the way they looked though so we didn't wind up springing for them. We'll see how often we actually wind up charging and if that makes me change my mind haha.
Not a very good demo at the end showing the amount of boost. But still way coolio.
Yeah, unfortunately I'm a bit of a victim of my camera equipment there ( as I recall I shot it on my wife's phone), but it really does work pretty well! Thanks for watching.
Nice and simple Thanks so much. I will be building one for my industrial arts classroom!
That's a great application for it! Hope it works for you.
Glue the disks up 4 deep and ya have wheels for a wooden toy car. Hole already made for axle
That's a great idea!
Thanks! I have a bunch of dead bugs in mine and it smells horrific. I'll give this a try.
Hope it works for you! I was horrified at how disgusting the first one I ever took apart to clean was. But that's a good reason to keep doing it every year.
That's actually pretty similar to how we do it. I work in a cabinet making factory
That's really good to hear! It feels like folks (including me sometimes) overcomplicate and overbuild drawers sometimes. Especially given that these are for a bathroom vanity where they are going to be primarily responsible for holding some extra tubes of toothpaste.
My WEN track saw was cheap and works fine for what I need: amzn.to/4baDcG1 As an Amazon affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
You forgot to clean the gunk in the metal blades part. You ac will be broken after 2 years.
I've had it for about 8 years now, and it still works just fine. Also, I vacuum the blade out with a brush attachment each spring. I just forgot to include that in the video.
You should clean the filter every month not every year
Yeah, probably. I don't, nor does anyone else I know, but you're probably right that we all should.
Nice Job! That looks good!
Thanks! It was easier than I thought it would be. A few tricky bits but overall the whole project went well.

Why the header?
That's a load bearing wall, so I didn't want to just remove the studs without distributing the load.
Thank you for sharing I certainly am gonna try to make one of these as soon as I get a bandsaw blade.
Great video. I’ve never seen a tool bucket before. Mailbox looks good too.
The tool bucket has been a game changer for me, especially as I've been working on the addition. It's just a five gallon pail with the cloth insert. So much easier than a toolbox. As long as you don't overfill it.
Congratulations! I am looking forward to that someday!
Thanks! It's a wonderful upgrade from my dewalt contractor saw, which was a great saw in its own right.
Where is the poly on that piece?
Everywhere? I used spray polyurethane and this is me rubbing the final coat down.
Project was very neat. I didn't like the language.
Glad you liked the project - it was a fun one. What language in particular didn't you like? I bleeped the one significant swear in the video.
Overall thoughts?
Overall I'm very happy with it. The depth gauge isn't super accurate, but that's not a huge deal because I'm not making crazy precision depth cuts. I was able to trim an eighth off of a cabinet panel while keeping the panel square, so that's about as accurate as I need it to realistically be.
I'm going to send this video to my local makerspace, they don't have hardly any of these tools. LOL
Haha, yeah, they're great to have! I will say a lot of them were donated - we are sponsored by Rikkon, so a lot of those machines were either given to us or sold to us at a significant discount.
fun easy little project to do with my kid! Thanks for sharing. And, all the best for the Reno!
Thanks! Hope yours sounds as good or better than mine does! Nothing better than projects you can work on with the kids.
I downloaded this software tonight and went through the tutorial and it’s the first time I’ve completed one without getting completely lost & confused. I still have to try and use it for my projects, but the way it works seems to be more inline with how my brain works. Thx
I'm glad it's working for you! It really is the most intuitive modeling software I've found. There are some limitations, which may well be more related to my design limitations, but for the most part it's got everything I'm looking for. Hope you design amazing things with it!
Yup, Good build! I need one! Everyone does. I'm thinking of getting a couple hack saw blades to incorporate into the bottom part of the jaw to help with the tearing of the paper. What do you think?
That's probably a good idea. I was also thinking of saving the cutters from Saran wrap boxes to use similarly.
@@NineRingsWoodCraft yes! That would work! Smart!

Those little disks that you pop out you could use them as Christmas ornaments or you could make the hole in the center bigger and use them as napkin ring holders
Those are both great ideas! I'll have to start saving them and try some of those.

One inch milwaukee impact that isn't fuel is a waste of money... I pity the fool
Thanks for the opinion! I actually test tools as a job, and while you're right, the fuel is better, it's not THAT much better, particularly for the small scale applications that I use it for. Plenty of power to get my lawnmower blades off. For most people, the price upgrade isn't necessary. I got my set on sale for about half the price of what the equivalent FUEL set would have been.
Some of my first projects when my daughters were born were their toy chests. I ended up making one for so many other kids born in the family also. Brought up so many good memories, great video! Thanks!
I do love making projects for my kids. I built them loft beds that they still use a few years ago, and it's such a good feeling to see them using them every day!
