Nice video. Here now enjoying the peaceful desert on Plamosa before the season begins. Like the new market, was surprised to see it. Off to Palm Valley after this time is up. This is yr. 5 for me.

The dam GOVERNMENT is "knowingly" forcing hundreds more into the 14-day BLM campgrounds, WITH SUCH AN INSANE INCREASE FOR LTVA USE and "YOU KNOW" that day limit will be abused, DA! The BLM lands will become huge "homeless cities" the BLM government can't control!

For an outside shower in a motorhome is between your slides. Put up a curtain between your slides. Put a rug down and heat some water to put in a bleach type bottle and soap up and rinse off

I've been to both Quartzite and Imperial Dam LTVA. and I can tell you that Imperial Dam has less riff Raff and trash lying around, in my opinion Imperial Dam is better 😊 Hot shower,flush toilets, mail service, propane,trash, The lakes and the river is right there and Yuma is only 20 miles away 👍

I grew up half my school years in Parker. My Uncle and my father started a camp near the Echo lodge Bend. It was called Silver Saddle camp ground. It's changed hands and names over the last 50 plus years. I remember hearing the ski boats running open headers all summer long on the river. Good memories.

I didn’t know it was that hot here, but not surprised now that I think about it. It’s desert.. I’m from Oz and not been to Arizona but one day.. curious of the place with no ocean.

Hey Linda and Jamie this was so great to watch we marked all the campsites on our maps. We have seen the London Bridge area before but this was one of the best. We are excited to make it to Lake Havasu. That casino was a perfect place to stay the indoor pool looks like fun and the camp spot was great! Another well done video with so much helpful information! Excellent!😊

My late parents camped and RVED all over the us and Canada for 20 + years in retirement, when I started traveling outside of my home state with the family for vacation I asked my dad who was a financial expert how they budgeted for travel ( pre internet ) he explained his method extensively came up with a number and told me to double it. He stated that he’s always done it that way, and always came home with a little more money and a very happy traveler. I followed his lead and have had great trips. I know it’s different when you’re living full time on the road but you definitely have to look at the highs and lows in fuel prices along food so you can budget accordingly. great video glad I found your channel. 👍👊😎

How much was the full service RV park? My wife is a full hookups gal.

18 months between oil changes? I change mine 3 or 4 times a year. I’m curious as to why there aren’t graphics on the motor home? I ordered my 40’ 5 th wheel toy hauler without them as well, keeps everyone guessing as to what it is.

Thanks for the heads-up, RWR. This looks great. It sounds like the temps are either hot or they are cold with a rather short autumn and spring transition period between the two. Would that be correct? I live in Texas and we get rather long transition periods. Mid October is when the heat gives way to very nice low 80's. Then November brings the 70's. And December brings the 60's and still some 70's. January through February is our winter followed by March which is like December and April which is like November. And May which is like October. Gord

If your domicile state is Texas and if the GVWR plus toad is > 26,000 pounds, then you need a Class B exempt driver’s license (non-commercial version). As for me, I have a big Class C motorhome that can easily flat tow my GMC Canyon (2017 Jayco Greyhawk 29me). It is perfectly for solo camping and very easy to change tires myself if I have a blowout and the engine is easy to access. It is super comfortable as well and it can be legally driven with a Texas Class C driver’s license even while flat towing the GMC Canyon. Flat towing means no trailer or dolly to store at the campsite. Flat towing is quick and easy to hook up and put the transfer case in neutral. I just store the towing equipment in the storage cabinet in the back of RV while at the campsite. Having a huge windshield and bigger windows is wonderful for sight seeing on the road, but can draw in a lot of heat, especially during spring or summer. I would use reflective insulation on these windows and the windshield while at the campsite or boondocking. For me, unhooking the toad vehicle, and backing up in a campsite with a motorhome is a whole lot easier than backing up a travel trailer or a fifth wheel. Backing in a towable can be a royal pain in the rear.

My tip is -I don’t boondock 🤷‍♀️ No thanks

Yeah....some RV ideas are just flat out disgusting...but when you're out in nature, you have to be natural and do thing the primitive way...

They raised the price to keep the riff raff out. Pretty soon camping will become illegal thanks to the Don. And where's all that money$$$ going it's not to fix up the place for that kind of money you could ar least have a shower . Almost no one working there in fact they have volunteers to help out. Because no one's getting paid to work where's the money going????
