Roadsil Basic Application
Step 1: Surface Preparation: Clean the area, remove any loose material or corrosion, and prepare the surface using high-pressure water blasting or mechanical tools to expose aggregate.
Step 2: Mixing Instructions: Use 6-7 litres of water per 25 kg bag. Mix for 4-5 minutes using a concrete mixer until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency, but avoid over watering.
Step 3: Application: Fill the repair area completely, compact the edges, and avoid air pockets. Apply a trowel or broom finish for a smooth or textured look. Ensure a continuous workflow to avoid cold joints.
