When asking for the full and final settlement, through their HR provide me the Cheque no without any bank details. 3- Non-Compliance of Gratuity Laws #gratuity After 9.6 years of service the Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (Silicon West) does not provide the gratuity. 4- Illegal Banking Business operation in the name of Silicon Staff Fund) #RBI Deducted 24% of Basic Pay kept in their unregistered bank SILICON STAFF FUND instead of Provident Fund. Calculate interest 8%. Not provide the Fund settlement to the employee. After EPFO, Sambalpur Investigation it is found about the Trust. If a raid is initiated by Vigilance /Income Tax/ ED, I am assured that this will be 2nd Big Raid in Odisha after Liquor Maphia.
