The Brother VX-1120
@@chellohay7948 thanks 🩷
Thank you! This was very helpful for me!
The most honest to god, no bs, informative, helpful video on TH-cam, bar none. Thank you very much.
Hello
The best instructions ever! Thank you
Thank you for showing how the thread should move around the bobbin. That helped soooo much
Thank you so much!! I got it!!🤗❤
Thank you so much for the video. I haven’t sewn in over 22 years and I’m trying to pick it back up. This video was very helpful.❤❤❤ My only complaint is that there aren’t more videos.
Haha thank you!
Bless you and thank you
Do you need to have the needle threaded at the top to do this, cause I just got my machine and idk how to tread the top bit.
Merci
Thank you! This was very helpful and informative!
Thank for for the clear instructions! I was originally removing the metal ring that was being held down by the black plastic pieces that holds it in place making it more confusing than it needed to be!! Many thanks to you!!
I had to remove that piece, too, because of all the knotted thread in and around.
Just got a sewing machine secondhand. This illustration was very much needed, Thank-you.
Fantastic video! The machine manual cartoons are ridiculous. Thank you very much! Maybe you can get hired by Singer to create their instructional videos.
Straight and to the point. Thankyou so much.
Can the feet be changed?
I believe so! I just haven’t tried that yet :)
Thank u so much
Thanks a lot your video helped me
May I suggest that you verbalize as well as film? In addition, many people don’t realize there are at least three different types of bobbins, and they don’t all fit every machine. You could also mention the bobbins role on tension and how that works. My Jenome takes a curved bobbin, and my Elna takes a flat bobbin that is not the same as the one you’re putting into this machine. The machine that you’re putting this into looks like your standard brother, or singer, and Kenmore. Just a thought, if somebody needs to be taught how to thread a bobbin they probably don’t know a lot about sewing. I think it’s a lovely video, but I think that you should tell people there are different types of bobbins and that they should specifically look up the type of bobbin their machine takes. And then continue on with showing them how to thread the bobbin.
I'm confused? WHERE is the string in the top part?
Gracias por tu información ❤
Thank you. You're the only person that didnt have some god awful background music or unhelpful camera angles. Without even saying a word, you completely explained the bobbin bit. Im so thankful you and this demonstration exists.
Well thank you and you’re welcome!!
Thank you so much 😊
This showed me where I was messing up on, thank you
Thank you 💗
Conserta o pedal por favor
eh não fall português, desculpe😔😞
My needle wouldn’t go through the bottom portion (where the bobbin is that under!) , is there any reason why?
Oh my! I'm not too sure, maybe something is jammed? Or the needle is too short? Sorry about this :( good luck!!
@@chellohay7948 how big of a needle do you need? I have the same model as you!
@@chellohay7948 like, how many inches or mm?
Finding a tutorial on how to properly thread the lower bobbin has been a pain in the ass. No words spoken but the instructions were clear. Nice
Thank you thank you
Thank you and God Bless you for a great and patient instructional video
This is an amazing video. I was doing this all wrong!
Glad I could help! :)
Thank you for this video! It’s been super helpful. Can I ask what machine you’re using? The bobbin casing is very similar to mine and I haven’t been able to ID the make/model (got it from a neighbor)
The one I’m using in the video is a Brother VX-1120 model🤗
Thank you so much!
thank you for the help, I like the cat profile picture
Haha you’re welcome
I just found you. I purchased this machine for TEN dollars at a thrift store. I used to sew. MANY years ago and want to try again. I vohkd not recall how to thread a sewing machine. I had a vague recollection and needed a video. I hope you have more videos on how to use this. Ad I am preparing to binge watch and relearn old skills. I have subscribed! THANK YOU so much for easy no fuss video!!!!!
That's so cool! I don't have many videos but I hope you can find other some good ones, good luck!!
That is really cool. I got this machine today 9/04/23 at a thrift store for $10.
i’m so confused bc the bobbing thread isn’t going up
If the thread isn't coming up how it's supposed to I'd say make sure you are holding onto the other thread that's up top because that's what pulls the bobbin thread up through the machine- let me know if this helps or If I can try again😃
@@chellohay7948 i think i got it!! thank you so much
@@chellohay7948 i’m sorry do you know what i do after i pull the thread through? do i tie them together or what? sorry i’m just confused i’m new to seeing
@@unlpvedno you just leave them alone you don’t tie them
@@unlpvedalso you just put them to the back so they won’t bother you while sewing
OMG, thank you for this! The instructions that come with the machine are garbage.
Tysm I was just dead I did not understand when I got the sewing machine cause I am a beginner beginner.
thank you for posting this! learning how to sew for the first time and this was so much more helpful than the visual guide on the machine and manual <3
