My name is Ashley and I'm the owner of 4 The Endorphins - a brand that opens a dialog on mental health & encourages people to become physically active. To me, fitness is therapy. I was inspired to start this channel because I wanted to create a community that allows people to learn coping mechanisms through fitness, learn to be themselves & not what society wants them to be, speak their truth, and know that they aren't alone in the struggle!
