I see your input/output latency is 10ms which is the default setting in Dante Virtual Sound Card. I would be interested to know how it performs at a lower latency. Can you try at 3ms Dante latency (6ms - sound trip) or even better 2ms (4ms round trip)? Can you play back 32 tracks plus record a track with processing (eq / compression) at the same time?

Why the change to Ravenna?
I've been doing more work with the Cincinnati Symphony and have also wanted to upgrade my converters and clocking. This fit the bill nicely. My control room rehab is going to happen this year but I have to finish up several projects first. Sticking with Nuendo for sure. Ravenna just happens to be where the HAPI is. I should still be able to use dante devices by bridging to Ravenna.

Thank you for making this video. I just bought a twin x quad, a new mic and was deciding how much to put toward a new MacBook. If a MB air is capable of this, I’m sure it can handle a 30-40 channel mix w/ plugins just fine. Amazing.
