The interior of this house shouts manufactured home. If you want to get away from that look a few minor changes will do the trick. Paint out a that awful brown trim, ditch the outdated garden tub, and offer white cabinets and for God sakes use a marble/granite/ quartz look formica counter top for a upscale look.

Fridge is sticking out too much. It needs to be same width as kitchen counter next to it. Otherwise, not a bad floorplan. Requires a small rectangular dinette table next to the kitchen. Living room space is not too big.

All those closets need to be reconfigured. The one in the primary BR is the worst. It needs more shelves and I’d had put a lot of drawers in there. The cabinets under that counter or below any counter should have slide out shelves. It’s going to be to hard getting anything in or out of them.
