Considering Yoga Teacher Training at Shoshoni Yoga Retreat? In this video Cooper shares his experience living at our residential ashram for 3 weeks during his yoga certification. He highlights what he enjoyed the most, including our fabulous mountain environment, wholesome organic meals, amenities including hot tub and sauna, and of course our amazing open-hearted community. We've been training yoga teachers for over 30 years and all of our instructors have lived a yogic lifestyle for over a decade. Receive your 200 hour training in 3 weeks, or break it up into two modules to suit your needs. Either way, you'll graduate fully prepared to teach yoga immediately upon graduation. Not interested in teaching? No problem! Many folks partake in yoga teacher training to deepen their own knowledge, connection to self, and take the next step in their personal yoga and/or meditation practice.
