3 cyl Perkins is a good starter, direct injection (MF 135) even better. And will last forever, with proper maintenance. Everything else In these tractors will last even longer.

I used my MF 135 diesel to run a snow blower on the 3 point hitch. Lots of engine and PTO power for the job. Best tractor ever!

Great cold start! I have also a MF 35x with Multipower. The Perkins 3-A-152 is a absolutely reliable and powerfull engine.💪
