    NO!!!!!! We didn't move South. We've always been here and we didn't come from no Central and West Africa. That Bantu migration theory created by that white man is a big lie and it's just a damn theory based on false very very minor similarities in words which in most cases doesn't even have the same meaning. You so called sholars and historianss need to stop pushing those lies and what is factual and even in our oral traditions and also well documented is the migration happened the other way around where people here moved to Southern, Central and East Africa. THE LIES NEED TO END!!!!!!!!!!

      @@satura4113 Its more complicated than that, there is definitely some movement Southwards, the spread of iron and Nguni cattle is proof of this. Its just believed that it was a gradual shift rather than the mass migration usually associated with spread of culture and technology
