    Lt. Gooden, Can you breakdown what they mean that the army pays for the PA school. Do they actually pay for the whole program or they pay a percentage? Or loan repayment program? Also, when they say they pay you to attend the school, they pay active duty pay (BAS/BAH)? Lastly, what is the time required after graduation? Would I be able to choose my work location or they choose for me upon graduation? Thank you!

    • @Quon6810
      @Quon6810 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      best guess is it's more in depth like possibly gross anatomy. Regardless, A&P is a prereq to just about any medical field and you will take it again once in that field such as medical school, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, etc.

      Relationships can get strained. Like, you're home every night, but not "present". Make sure your family is fully aware of how much studying it takes to pass an exam every Monday and Friday. Expectation management is key.

    What is the application process like to the IPAP if you've already finished your bachelors degree in biology?? I'll be done with school in December and I've considered joining the Army as a way of going to PA school after running into a recruiter on campus. Would I be able to go straight into the program or would I have to do a few years of training and service first? Great video, good luck!
