What do the Apostles tell us is needed for a good ecclesia leader? Is it different for a church leader?

"The Kehillah Defined" is the title of this week's message. Vayishlach is translated "And He Sent". Phillip tells us how disciples of Yeshua should interpret this Torah portion.

Please join us in praise to HaShem. All glory and honor to Yeshua!
Good delivery of an important message.
Shalom, from Packer land.
Thank you Dr. Valle! We so much appreciate your message.
Rabbi, since we’re talking abt immersion, this is an interesting verse to ponder: “And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the WATER, and the blood; and these three agree as one.” 1 John 5:8 There is something to do with WATER 💦💧 too that is alive just as Yeshua’s blood “speaks better things than that of Abel”.
Timely message! And short too. I like it! Don't forget that the full message is found on our same page.
Where do you meet?
Yeshua had to be immersed just as the earth had to be immersed. Interesting. What did the mikveh signify?
Thank you. Another good message.
Love to listen here!
This is an important message.
Thank you for this. It's very beautiful.
Shabbat Shalom!
Quite a message!
Straight from the Bible.
Clear and concise speech. Very understandable. Thank you.
Well at least you've stopped showing us your socks!
❤❤❤ Shabbat Beth Yeshua, miss you all.
Always good when people finally tell Jesus they place their full complete faith in him.
Good message! Thanks.
i am a Jew, U R NOT!
So what’s the complaint
We agree! Yeshua teaches there are distinctions between Jews and gentiles who follow him. And gentiles should not try to become Jews.
I disagree with the statement that the church is "not all wrong", sir; because the church IS steeped in Replacement Theology. We tend to think that it's okay to let this slide but I don't believe that we should. If any portion of the church, any denomination, teaches that HaShem no longer loves His chosen people and is not going to redeem them, or use them to usher in the Messianic Kingdom, then that needs to be changed. Gentiles in the church should not be allowed to continue in this vein of thought, and practice. Not to mention the fact that it breeds anti-Semitism.
Wonderful praise music, and it's good to see all of the members present.
Wonderful sound! Beautiful singing.
This is a good message, it clarifies some questions I had.
Good teaching, sir.
I just noticed, you got a new kippa!
Yes! Very good message, sir.
Beautiful!
God? Lord?
Good stuff!

Where is this congregation located?
We're in Fort Worth, Texas. Where are you?
@@BethYeshua I live in Maryland. Thank you for your reply. Chag Sukkot Semeach!
Yes it's time to blow the trumpet in Zion. Amen ❤
I'm so sry I wasn't there
We missed you but we'll see you next time.
It would be good to hear audience participation.
You absolutely 0 clue about what you are talking about. And whats worse is that you do exactly what Hamas terrorists do which is build a story around a picture. You are no better than the rest of the antisemites out there.
Please check your sound system. Not as clear as it could be. Thank you. Shalom Blessings
Microphone, microphone, microphone!!!
I love to play these from home, it brings closer the love of G-d. The songs are familiar and I know how to sing along with them. Love to all of the singers!
Thank you for this commentary, sir.
I like the new picture on the wall! Which one of you painted that?
Where's the other guy? That's okay, you'll do fine.
We are still trying to bring more clarity to our audio system, please remain patient. Thank you.
Shabbat shalom every one, I miss everyone there Beth Yeshua.
We miss you too.
Next step, choir robes! And who's that guy in the back? He's not singing, just creeping around!
I'd still like to have more audio gain coming in to the production system. I hope that's possible. Thankfully, I have good professional speakers at home.
Good to hear everyone!
I think this guy should wear more colorful outfits. How about orange pants with a yellow shirt, and purple shoes?
Thank you!
