Hey Mark, At the window there is a piece of plexiglass with a 3" hole drilled in it. There is a fitting with a metal duct going to the Bullet. There is a plastic piece that the duct is attached too. I had the piece 3D printed. The prints for the piece I think came off of the Bullet website but not sure. I might still have them if you want. Hope that helps!
@@scottsingletary4066 thanks Scott, I'm thinking of the way it attaches to the Bullet... there is no exhaust hole at the back of the Bullet AFAIK... so did you cut a hole, or replace the existing side piece with the vent? It seems to come out the middle of the back, which is where the little lever is to open the back? BTW I haven't bought one yet, but smoke is an issue for me so would need a vent like that. 👍🏼
Hello Hamad, I apologize for the late response. I cut a piece of plexiglass to fit in my open window. I drilled a hole to glue a fitting into and and then attached 3" duct. I can send pictures if you like
I used someone else's program for that roast. I wish I new how to answer your question. I am still learning and do not want to steer you wrong. Good luck!
Hi Scott, I have two questions for you. I am living in a small apartment, 1.-Is it necessary a venting ( is producing a lot of fumes)? 2.- What is the voltage that this roaster needs to work? Thank you
@@InductionCooking Hey Mike, I apologize for responding sooner. I am new to this roaster. I have not roasted anything that small. I would ask on the Roast World Forum.
Hmm I can't decide....the Kaleido M2 or the Bullet?
That looks like a full batch? Looks good, can’t wait to get my bullet next week
Sorry it took about 3 months to reply! Congratulations, I hope you enjoy your roster as much as I do.
Does the spoon clear the chaff effectively?
Sorry it took so long. I have been out of town. I do not understand question.
After you dumped the roasted beans in the bowl, you used a wooden spoon to stir them. Did that effectively clear the chaff?
Oh yes, it helps but I use it to help move the beans in a circle to help cool down because of the heat
Hey, how’s the smell from the Bullet given you roast in your house?
How did you make that air vent?? How did you attach it to the Bullet?

@@markpalmos my vent is on top a few inches from the back. I have a high temperature plastic adapter to attach my duct too.
@@scottsingletary4066 aaah so the duct isn't physically touching the bullet, just placed nearby 👍🏼👌🏼
Hi please tell me How did you put the chimney

Is there a reason you started with the fan so high?

1) Yes there is a lot of smoke or fumes. If you are roasting inside you will definitely want to vent it outside 2) 110 VAC
Butiful
during the roasting process, is the chaff flying out and messing around?
There is a chaff collector in the back. Only hot air goes out!
Such a big girl ❤️
Hey skottyb it's me Lacey and Anna is soooooo kute
😂😂😂
I was waiting for Lamar to get up and dance! I LOVE IT!
Hey Scotty 👋
Thanks for sharing! I also recently purchased the Bullet and have been enjoying the learning curve. Such a fun little roaster.
Thanks! It is a blessing to have one. I have so much to learn about roasting period.
How are you venting it? is that just an open window the hose goes to?
I cut a piece of acrylic and drilled a hole in it. I opened the window and close it down on acrylic.
@@scottsingletary4066 Awesome thanks! Do you find you can do smaller roasts also? 200-350 gram ranges?
