Why in the less than or equal constraits you move the left side variables to the right intead of move the variables right variables to the left?
It doesn't matter which way it goes. If you move the variables to the other side of the equation, it becomes a less than or equal to constraint instead of great than or equal to.
What if I don't have set up cost and only ordering cost?
