It is not mentioned in case of bolted pg that bm or shear is predominant so the riGht ans should equal angle section. If bm is greater over the flange then unequal angle with long leg horizontal should b used And if the shear is heavy in the web then unequal angle section with short leg horizontal and long leG parallel to web should be used.
