+Gwyn Lewis Fantastic flight! being in Business class made it all the more special; staff were wonderful and very attentive, entertainment was faultless, food and service brilliant; flight was 12 hours airborne time, but it didn't feel like that as it was that good! some turbulence in the climb out because of the weather (which was really horrible); highly recommend SIA and the A380 to anyone, I'd do it again any day

+Gwyn Lewis Yes the flights I booked online direct with Singapore Airlines, Hotels on Booking dot com; also signed up to Krisflyer, the frequent flyer program, which is also accurable and usable on other star alliance airlines; Heads up about Terminal 2, the walk from security through main departure lounge to the B gates (usually gate B42 for SQ flights) is LONG, at least 10-15 mins, but allow 20 mins

Darrell Nichols Thanks for that Darell was thinking of booking with airline have joined Krisflyer as well. How did you find the hotel in Singapore?. Was looking at flights now same flights booked with Air New Zealand flying with Singapore airways all the way to Auckland was £200 cheaper than booking with Singapore Airways ???? thanks for the heads up very helpful.

+Gwyn Lewis We stayed at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort, which is at the far western end of Sentosa Island; I recommend Hiring a Car as well, I used Hertz, they also add 500 miles to Krisflyer as long as it's on the booking you're a member; I also recommend buying a multi attraction pass or similar (depending on availability of the time) for places like Universal Studios, Adventure Cove, etc

+Lee Knights I booked this pretty late around early October...first time on A380 & on Singapore Airlines...everything was absolutely fantastic...couldn't fault nothing at all...flight continues on subsequent video, landing at SIN as well
