      @@hgng3130 yes if I remember rightly you don’t need any sort of visa or document. I just went to the immigration desk and showed my passport in exchange for a stamp. That was because I am a UK citizen. It might be different if you are from another country. I hope that helps!

This recipe is packing some serious plant-based protein and all the micronutrients and fibre that come along with it!🙌🏻 When cooking is this simple, there really can be no excuse to unlocking the chef in all of us…👨🏼‍🍳 📈 Macros and Calories: Calories: 375kcals Proteins: 18g Carbs: 52g Fats: 13g 📝 Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 Carrots 4 Celery Sticks 2 Red Bell Peppers 1 Red Onion 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans 1 Tin Black Beans 250g Parmesan Cheese (16 Tbsp) 500g Wholegrain Rice 1 Avocado 1 Tsp Paprika 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and Black Pepper (to taste) Fresh Coriander (to serve) Fresh Sliced Lime (to serve) Tacos (optional) 📖 Recipe: 1. Chop your vegetables into small chunks. 2. Soften them in olive oil. 3. Add tinned tomatoes and beans. 4. Season with paprika, chilli, salt and pepper. 5.     Summer Spread Recipe!⬇️ This super simple and highly nutritious recipe is all it takes to put smiles on faces and deliver a health-packed dinner!🍴 With healthy whole food ingredients aplenty, it’s difficult to go wrong with this one!🥗 ⏰ Cooking and Prep Time: ~50mins 🗣️ Mouths Fed: 4-6 people 📝 Ingredients: 1 Roast Chicken 4-6 Sweet Potatoes Feta Cheese Cherry Tomatoes Cucumber Radishes Beetroot Mixed Salad Extra Virgin Olive Oil Golden Vegetable Rice Sourdough Bread Loaf Oregano Salt and Black Pepper 🍠 Sweet Potato Recipe: 1. Simply chop your sweet potatoes in half. 2. Place into the air fryer and coat in Virgin Olive Oil. 3. Season to your taste preferences. 4. Cook for 35-45 minutes at 190°C or 370°F. 🍗 Roast Chicken Recipe: Shhhhhh it’s okay to cheat on this. I bought ours in a roasting bag, stuck in the oven and followed the packet instructions. It was bangin’. 🥗 Salad Recipes: I encourage you to get creative with this! Use up what’s in the fridge. I find that 2 different styles of salad work well and offer variety to the spread! We went with a traditional Greek salad and then threw together a super easy bowl with radishes and a bag of mixed seasonal green leafy veg.     WHAT I EAT IN A DAY!⬇️ A cheeky day on my plate as I fuel 2 workouts here in Balinese paradise!🏝️ As a Nutritionist it is easy to fall into the trap of only eating quote on quote “healthy” foods! I try to apply the 80-20 principle to ensure I don’t garner an unhealthy relationship with food for the sake of eating like a robot!🤖 I love a pastry! Who doesn’t? So, I’m not going to deny myself one if I fancy it! Especially, when I know that the extra Carby boost is necessary before my 2nd workout of the day!🥐 For context, I’m currently leaning out for a holiday to Ibiza!     RUNNING + LIFTING!⬇️ How to deal with the Hybrid age of training!?🏋🏼 With a transition to a hybrid athlete style of training there is often an associated confusion and overwhelm!🤨 It can be hard to know what to prioritise as we train ourselves into burnout!🫠 These practical tips will help to ensure that you thrive in your training, even when running + lifting are combined!🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️ 1️⃣ NUTRITION - my priority number 1 is to nail nutrition! With an increased workload, food becomes fuel! Find what works for you and then lean into it. I perform best with a high carb, high protein diet! 2️⃣ REST/RECOVERY - 8-9 hours of sleep becomes a non-negotiable! If you want to allow your body to recover and your mind to reset, this one is essential! 3️⃣ PLAN - you have to have a plan for each and every week! I like to lift heavy at the start of the week and build to my longer runs towards the end! 4️⃣ PROGRESSION - don’t run before you can jump! Add volume, intensity and frequency that does not exceed 10% per week! This ensures longevity and avoids burnout! Adherence and consistency is the key!
