Want to feel what it's like to run a full-size locomotive? Want to feel the power, and smell the coal smoke? Climb aboard and watch, look and listen - after 16 years the four newest Little Engines ALCO's go to work tag team double heading on the WB&S 1.5" scale live steam railroad in Texas. These four locomotives represent the finished product of Mike Venezia's effort to bring rebirth to the bi...
Wow emejing for in the world
The soot on your face says it all! 🙂
Beautiful machines! What a cool hobby! Thank You 👍
Thank you for sharing a great video.

How long is the Pennsylvania K4 Pacific and how much it weighs.
Magnificent trains
When I was growing up in St John's in Portland Oregon they used to have a parade once a year in St John's and in the parade on the back of a flatbed semi used to be a steam locomotive like yours I don't know whatever happened to it. It might have been something they had out at oaks Park for a while but they soon stopped having some of the little trains out there too don't know whatever happened to them unless they're still stored in oaks Park there are some buildings there that look like they can hold those little trains
You should build a big boy version
Steamers ya
These guys all have the same expression. Id be smiling ear to ear.
0:25 😅
Beyond magnificent
I remember as a young child riding on the SantaFe from Perry OK. To Emporia, KS to visit relatives. Such fun . I also remember riding the Doodle Bug as well.
Few sandwiches away from bigger trains nice
What a magnificent little world.!!!!!

I really like the Lackawanna 4-8-4 and the DL&W 4-6-4
Making food but come on
I would love to be able to run or own one of them Trans I have loved Trans my how life I have N / H / G scale Trans my favorite is steam engine's
I just sometimes when you see each other I guess if I'll give him a high five and stuff like that which is pretty cool and I know you guys are having fun
Because every time when I see your train videos these train videos look almost like real and it's really awesome how you make those and build those together with your friends from gabriella Rivas from Roslyn heights long island near New York City my dear friend
It's too bad you can't make a movie about this that the littlest teenager that could I think I can I think I can I think I can from gabriella Rivas from Roslyn heights long island near New York City my dear friend and I hope you make more of ugly skin locomotives cuz they're really look nice the old-fashioned 20 the old-fashioned trains from all over the world I bet you will love to make a steam locomotive for the trains from South America from Santiago Chile my dear friend
The engineers all look so happy!
one day y'all should do a video of a really long train and have all 4 locomotives pulling the train together
Cool
pam was the only one to not overfire her engine she never popped a safety valve, what gauge 7.25 or 7.5, very nice trains all around and seemed like perfect trackwork
How much rupees the engines
When I was about 3 to 7 years old there was this old man well old to me being 3 years that lived right across the street for me back in the sixties who had a steam locomotive he had more tracks on the side of his house stacked up but he only had a few tracks set up on the other side of his house with a switch track to go back in the tunnel for storage. He had a water tower train lights 2 cars you could ride in and pile of coal his train was set up like yours where you could put the coal up from under your seat Into the burner from the coal car It was a beautiful blue with a red star in front with little steps on each side In the front to get on the catwalk of course if you were a little tiny man the size of the train. It reminded me of a Western train but it didn't have that big fat smokestack it had to one like yours Unfortunately my mom couldn't afford to take pictures back then as much as she would like to have film was expensive so there's no pictures of it and that's sad because it was just so cool I remember coming home one day after school when I was around 9 a gentleman was putting it in the back of his pickup truck and I said where are you going with the train He sold it to me but at the time being a kid I wasn't really that inquisitive about where he was taking it But I remember being somewhat sad about it wasn't long after that that we moved And it became a memory but watching your video just brought it all flooding back to me Great video and beautiful beautiful beautiful trains I've been to the state fair in New York where they have a couple of old diesel lackawana locomotives On display I have loved trains my whole life and I'm building a railroad Rail rider to ride on Abandoned train tracks Sure wish I had a picture of the train the old guy had when I was a kid It was in Savannah Georgia back In the early sixties. In you're endeavors if you ever could do some research being connected like you are with the Railroad models maybe yall could dig up a picture of the train the old guy had on 61st and bull st Savannah Ga.That would be just the most wonderful thing to see again Thanks again for a wonderful video And bringing back memories of being a kid.
Calling this video incredible, is an understatement! The scenery, the engines and the sounds , are over the top. That's a lot of steam blowing off. How water do they carry? What is their fuel capacity? Thank you.
Beautiful work on the engines and cars, they sound healthy and look prototypical. Very well produced video, it was enjoyable. Thank you for sharing.
How much horsepower can those locomotives haul?
Does anyone know where this is located?
The track is in central Texas
Mielenkiintoista katsottavaa, upeeta.
Thanks 🤠 and enjoy your Day Cheers 🍻🍻🤠✊✊
That's the best little train I've ever seen ,when you get close it becomes a work of art ,well done 😉
how many people can they hall at one time ?
I'm not sure that's ever been tested, but probably 20 or so.
Remember kids...NEVER wash your locomotive in very hot water. It shrinks them every time.
Beautiful stuff!! Wish I had one of those.. Mike Venezia is a good guy, he let me cut my teeth on a live steam engine back in 2004 at the Strasburg Railroad “The Cagney” Thank you Mike,
First let me say that this is a wonderful video and the locomotives are beyond words - totally amazing!! But if I have one complaint, and it’s a big complaint, why are y’all so frugal, so conservative with the whistle blowing? That’s one of the wonders of steam locomotives-the thrill of listening to that whistle blow! But throughout the whole video we barely get to hear the whistle, and when we do, it’s such an anemic blow.😞 I heard it a few times, but still it seems like y’all are afraid to use the steam whistle. Aside from that, y’all have created a great wonder of the world. Thank you!!
Beautiful! And jealous!! More side shots of the engines and their wheels and rods would have been great. What's next? 1:4, or larger?
Im new to the hobby these look amazing, i am curious to know what is the scaling method to size a loco? any help would be great thankyou
@2:35 Video tape? Haha you are not aging yourself are you? don't worry, i say the same thing when using a digital camera.
Awesome job
That is a beautiful group of engines! I’m amazed at the engineering necessary to build such beautiful “models” that operate exactly as their perspective prototypes. I’m also amazed at the creativity and engineering that goes into creating such gorgeous railroads, as well as the accompanying scenery elements! Great video!
yea the names for the little areas was very apt and cute
I would let one engine get grimy for realism.
It's like his yard is its own little world with plains and canyons and a bridge over a dry riverbed and a railroad and rail yard. I love it. And the trains are incredible, truly a work of passion and art.
real nice video the engines are great works of craftmanship that are made to run, well done all
Wow, love those four engines. They are absolutely darling.. thank you
