Do you have comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on servicing this machine? I know that is how you make a living, but I am in the statea and I can't get my machine to you. I only ask for personal use. I have the same model with well over a million stitches, and other than daily maintenance, it has never been truly serviced. It still works pretty good, but it definitely needs to be serviced. Thought it was worth asking. Thanks.

Replaced both cutting knives on PR 1000 but still have wiper error. It doesn't cut at all

there's lots of causes for a wiper error other than needing to replace the knife.

Your videos are awesome. Do you happen to have a way to test the presser foor position on a PR1055X? I'm pretty sure it is bent and needs replacing if it can't be adjusted. I'd love a video on how to replace it. Thank you if you see this message.

Please I have question for you I just bought Bernina 335 from epay and it does have on the metal bottom part on the side between the walll of the machine and the bottom or base some black rubber or sealant . Does this normal for this machine ?

You did a brilliant service on my Brother 10 needle machine which was much in need of it. I wouldn’t have my machine serviced anywhere else as I was mightily impressed and it runs so smoothly and so efficiently now. We got it changed out but now the little threader is going through the eye of the needle but then drops the thread instead of pulling it through the eye of the needle. Any advice on this? Thank you
