The very narrow spiral staircase is an accident waiting to happen a serious trip hazard. Smart move to omit that from the video going up! How is the new buyer going to take / mover their big furniture items to upstairs being 90% of the furniture is placed upstairs how do you carry them? is there a secret elevator we didn't see in the video? Apart from the main house the rest of the outbuildings are in terrible and in dire need of renovation which is going to cost the new buyer a huge additional amount of money including a whole new roof for the agricultural barn (very rusted tin roof!) No concrete floors in any of the buildings, plumbing, old doors etc. etc additional 150,000 - 200,000 euros to finish all the work at least including a new pool! the listing says: "The land covers a total of 1.6 hectares, including a vineyard which last year produced 200 liters of alcohol and 250 liters of pineau" . On the video didn't see or notice a single winemaking equipment , grape collecting baskets or a single bottle of wine in the house! ... To make 250 Ltrs of wine you need more grapes than what is on the property. Do the maths! The house is over priced ! 175K is a good number to start considering its a village house! Also looks like the listing agent is keeps watching the video non-stop to put the no of views up to show this particular "exclusive listing" is popular to trick the buyers as 329 views but only 315 subscribers for the channel!
