What I love about this dance/video is that it's way more than couple of bars! Everyone has their own style within a reasonably congruent structure. This is what line dancing should be. Structure with creativity! Come on into town ya'll!

Hi Tabitha. I commented on your most recent video. Just saw this one. I trained myself last year for my first ever bikini competition at age 53. Slightly terrifying yet euphoric as well Learned so much about myself. The vlogging definitely helped. I thought I was “ one and done” but over the last few months I got the bug. Decided to train for my second one which will be in June of this year. So about 20 weeks out Keep on keepin on. You got this !

This is awesome!! Thank you for sharing this journey. You have really motivated me to start working out and losing weight. Before Covid I lost 70lbs and kept it off two years and during Covid gained it back with gym closures and feeling depressed etc. I watch bikini pros all the time but watching your video today was more motivating because they haven’t been heavy so I can’t relate to them but you are actually a true role model because you’re doing it!!
