What is Vegan and why veganism has been an integral part of my life?
I'm Nitesh, an Outdoor Leader in the Mountains, India.
Here I answer why Vegan is a lifestyle of not consuming or using any animal products such as Milk and it's by products, Eggs, Chicken, any meat, Honey, leather, and any product coming from the Animals.
Addressing the Animal cruelty, Carbon footprints, and the health aspect with Plant based food.
Also the key realization and learnings which I strongly reflect back.

Conquering Kalsubai Peak | Trek to the highest point in Maharashtra

Climbing Mt Kalsubai during summer will exhaust you completely, it takes around 3 hours to reach the summit from base. But once after reaching the peak you come to a different world. Nelliyampathy is a beautiful hill station at the western ghat of kerala. It was that morning when we decided to go Nelliyampathy in bike. WIth no plannings we started to climb the rocks and slopes all along the way of hilly roads. Thanks & lots of love to Arif !!!

Thank you bro I got the information about the cost ❤️ but I have a small question how did you come back from ebc i mean by which route? The same route?! If the same route where I can find my bus or any travel service to Kathmandu from salleri please inform
Yes, I came back from the same route. There's a bus depo and taxi stand (private) at Salleri, anyone over there will guide you easily. Just book your seat in the share taxi/ bus a night before at the ticket booth.

nicely presented. and hello/sawasdee from Thailand. i gave up red meat 5 years ago. gave up milk 1 year ago. still got to work on eggs / chicken / fish (although have reduced a lot). IF we all went VEGAN or Vegetarian just 1day / week we would reduce the global demand for meat products by 14%. Such a small adjustment can have a huge positive impact on animal well being and also on better environmental management.
hi very well presented. thanks a lot. i have done ABC and Annapurna circuit and hoping to do EBC in May this year. Will also start at Salleri but do the Gyoki side loop too hopefully. I will trek solo which is my preference. When i did Annapurna about 3 years ago i travelled < 8kg luggage. Did you bother with a sleeping bag? When i did Annapurna i didnt bother with sleeping bag and sometimes just ask for extra blanket which cost <100npr max i think. Your experience looks amazing. thanks again.

Kindly suggest which side is better to start from - Barsu or Raithal.
Personally, I will suggest to start from one side and end on the other side. This will be an amazing route. Raithal -> Dayara -> Barsu
