I tried to get one of my stainless steel tops warranted after dealing with my dealer for 30 years and spending well over $200,000. He said they wouldn’t warrantee it. I called Snap On direct I had one delivered in two weeks.

You’re getting screwed. I could understand a two year warranty on the electronic part but the head is just a ratchet head, which is lifetime. Some dealers fuck you over. Take that shit to corporate.

Not all truck accounts are the same not all people who own a truck are the same. Mileage may vary.

Snap On is a joke. 10x any other brand and 2 years on a pricey often used calibrated tool. Kept in business by pride and envy.

My snap-on digital torque angle wrench was sent in, apparently they don't service the model I have. Now I have a $600 ratchet ..... not impressed! Problems with both 1/2 and 3/8!

Harbor freight for the win life time no questions asked warranty and you could buy 3 of them incase you break one or two. Open 7 days a week haha

Harbor freight never asked me for extra money on my warranty tools! It's amazing how much people will pay for a piece of crap tool with a piece of crap warranties!

I brought my $40 pitsburg tq wrench back to harbor freight after 10 years, told them i probably shouldnt have put a 3ft breaker bar on it, they laughed and gave me a new one no problem

What a shame. This is where snap on blows my mind. Especially on the flex head/mechanical side. I could maybe see limited warranty on electrical, but snap on should be lifetime.

2 year is probably the shortest warranty on a torque wrench. Also $150 buys another torque wrench

Thought it was liftime warranty. Are their torque wrenches and anything electronic only come with a 2 year wrranty? I thought one of the major selling points of buying snap on is a liftime warranty.
