She specializes in helping triathletes make a comeback after injury for peak performance. Located in Austin, TX, Dr. Steph is a USAT level I coach and in Physical Therapy is certified in McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) and LSVT BIG.
Dr. Steph has been a triathlete for \u003e20 years, starting as a teenager in the ITU Jr. Elite circuits, then competing in age group at multiple National and World championships.
