Somehow she's just like garmadon, not a completely evil person. At some point she still reveals a little good side left. She still had a bit of empathy when she thought that the family would have suffered the same fate as hers, had her not rescued them. I think, just only a little good side left in her is capable of redeeming her, as she redeems herself and sides with others against the overlord in the end (when the overlord reveals he corrupted the great devourer - the very snake that cause her parents' demise). P/s: she's just like garmadon, also a victim of the great devourer.

I can resist you is the most epic soundtrack, showing the struggle between good and evil really well. It's my most favourite soundtrack of the entire Ninjago series. The fall of Garmadon soundtracks really define what Ninjago is.
