@@JulioRodriguez-MSI-Live Thank you for your fast reply. Managed to map the path to my qnap, but it won't allow to make the folder bigger the partition the software is installed on(e.g. 90Gb or so). And i have 35 terrabytes on my NAS. I installed videomanager on a pc with a 240gb SSD(more than enough), but I try to store the files on the NAS. Will look further into it.

CAN YOU ASSIST: Our DC200 doesn't get configured. We generate a config file and save it on flash disk formatted with Fat32 and write it on DC200. After the controller reboots it still shows open and disconnected or open and connected and the B LED blinks slowly. It doesn't show Configured and connected. Therefore we can't connect the 56 body worn cameras. We are running latest version 24.1 of the Video Manager. From Ghana

How does one connect camera to wall screen? From PC or to another monitor
Hi Farhan, there are two ways to do this with Avigilon Unity (ACC) you can use the video matrix feature or if the wall screen is attached to the same PC, you can pull up multiple windows of ACC. Hey Julio during pixel motion search at 6:20 a car drive through, then you search again in the same time frame using AI and the car at 6:20 didnt get flagged. (pixel search at 12:35) (AI Search 13:28)
Good Catch! In this video I didn't go into the confidence setting that you can adjust to expand or refine your results. The search I had pulled up was set to a 75% confidence rating which would have excluded vehicles that were small on the scree or possibly moving so fast they only appear briefly on the screen. When you adjust this setting down to a lower confidence, your search will include many more classified objects in the scene. Thank you for the comment!

i have 10 cam, and 2 of them ONLY recording on TUESDAY instead of recording any motions. how to fix it ? thank you

It depends upon the camera. If you are using Avigilon cameras, you can rotate the camera view from the ACC Client, for 3rd party cameras you may have to access their camera configuration gui directly over the network.

Having a problem with avigilon Ptz error it's says insufficient power: connect Aux or PoE ++
