    I'm interested in creating a flow like this, but I want there to be one email sent to every opportunity owner of all of their opportunities with Close dates in the past on a weekly basis. Is there ary way to do this, or does each Account owner have to get a separate email for each opportunity?

    Thank you for the video. I've one question related to chatter In the Account Object, Activities(Log a Call for example) are also recorded in Chatter I've enabled feed tracking in Account but not selected any fields, I cannot unselect enable feed tracking because I need chatter in Accounts, it just that I dont need Chatter to record my Activities. Any idea on this?

    This way isn't scalable for sandboxes as the IDs change when you're in Dev environments etc. Best Practice is not to 'hard-code' any IDs in automations.

      Yes, good point to add! What Mark is referencing here is that you should use a get that looks at the queues name vs just pulling the ID from set up. That get will allow you to find and use the queue if throughout the flow.

    Awesome video.. Thanks Just a quick question, does unmanaged package count to the Object and Field limits in an Org? Secondly, if I use unmanaged package to deploy a custom object and fields in my org, when I delete the package, will it also delete the custom Object/fields that have been created?

      Great questions! The unmanaged package will count against your object and field count if it has any within the package. For your second question, it would delete the components within the package. There’s some workarounds that you could take, but they take some time. The benefit of unmanaged packages is that you can install them into a sandbox and see their full contents with nothing hidden, unlike managed packages. I’m assuming you can use this custom object package as a building block to help guide you build it yourself in another environment then move into prod.

    holy fuck. immensely. though there's a lot of potential to create bad data at scale... There's also potential to save tons of time for salespeople or customer success/bdrs. Automating high volume sales activities between a lot of different systems will free up a huge amount of time. If I had to guess, I'd say a salesperson interacts with more than a dozen different tools in order to close a sale. This will be huge for sales once it is tested and proven, and will free up tons of time to allow for more product to be sold.

    Hi, i have question regarding a flow i want to create . A Credit score range should be updated automatically whenever value in credit score is updated. For example If Credit score is updated to 600 , then the credit score range should be updated to "699 and below". (Credit score range which includes values -"699 and below", "700-719", "720-749" and "750 and above") I choose the record trigger flow but i'm not sure about which element to choose and how i can achieve this flow .Can you please help me out?

      Hey Sani! I actually don't think a flow is needed here. A formula that looks at the credit score should do!       Glad you're finding it useful! I'm not experiencing this issue myself. I bet their support at support@adminhub.cloud can assist you. My best guess is it's a field level security issue? Tough to tell without being able to investigate in your org.

    This seems to only work if there is only one opportunity in the salesforce instance. I tested this with 4 opportunities, 3 of which have close dates in the future, and 1 in the past. The first opportunity the flow caught was one of the 3 that had close dates in the future and stopped. I believe there needs to be a loop or get records element?

      @@ambuj.shuklawe ended up getting to work for him after meeting. His issue was due to his email server blocking the emails that were coming from salesforce, which we ended up resolving
