Dana Coverstone can say he is not a prophet yet he has prophesied so he is labeled a prophet weather he likes it or not. All he is doing is trying to slip around his prophecies being wrong when he say publicly he is not a prophet. He blocks free speech even though he claims to me a constitutional 2nd amendment patriot . They cant take criticism so they block free speech to protect their EGO's

I have a picture on the wall, where you're holding my little Gina-Rose who is now 32yrs. old and turned out to be a beautiful woman. I pray that soonI can add "of God". Every day when I pray I see the picture of you holding her. So I just had to say Thank-you! For who you were and who you've become. God bless you richly, and all of your family! I believe your interpretation of the dream is excellent pastor but the problem is everybody thought it was going to be the 2020 election I believe this dream represents the 2024 election.

Love it Pastor how you can talk about current political events and tie it into Christian living, thank you for your boldness to do so as many pastors are not even talking about Ukraine or Russia or Afghanistan or a stolen election etc. and yet people are thinking about this and trying to find truth! thank you for all that you do and I pray that you will continue to be even more bold and courageous in speaking up for the rights of Christians and the weak & vulnerable all across the world! Thank you for mentioning sexual abuse, another area the church has yet to discuss, yet people are suffering inside alone & ashamed.

Pastor Barkley, I could not find any follow-up on your comments on Pastor Dana Coverstone. If you haven't, you really need to clean this up (if not, repent!). You seem to have a lot of wisdom and grace but you also seem to be overlooking a few things. Though Dana claims to not be a prophet, many times he has said his dreams/visions are prophetic. Dana did not give a symbolic or conditional prophesy. He gave graphic details and kept tapping his calendar and warning these things will happen. Brace yourself! Contrary to you saying many things have already happened, (1) We are to take Dana's word that God showed him these things beforehand? (2) Many of these things were already happening (3) Many things that were supposed to happen have not happened since. Most things! You can't give those kinds of specific warnings on an international stage, expect people to take you seriously, and then hide under the covering "I am not a prophet." When New Testament believers make such claims, they are functioning in the office of a prophet. They are claiming to be God's mouthpiece to the church (regardless of title). That's what prophets do. It is all too convenient to say, I am only a pastor or watchman, and then seek refuge when your prophesies don't come to pass. If anything, such so called sincere people can become even more dangerous. Maybe you remember a sincere farmer named William Miller? Maybe the banks' roofs flying off were symbolic, but banks themselves did not fail, and coins were not abolished by our government. He gave specific dates (the first of the fall months; September, October, November). There just is no why you can spin this or cover for Coverstone. Dana promised that if he missed it, he would come back and apologize. Not only did he not repent, he has doubled down, and may be bigger, richer and have more followers than ever. He now prophesies almost everyday. Yet now, with no accountability. Possibly more than any other modern day so called prophet, he has laid out the blueprint for missing it big, not missing a step, and becoming bigger than ever. Using Kim Clement as an example is a great example. Kim missed it much more than he got it right. Yet his devoted followers chose to overlook this. He left $ 2 1/2 million to his family. Making a big deal about not stoning someone if they miss it once is a humongous strawman. Kim and Dana missed it much, much more than once. And rather than following Paul's admonition (1 Cor 14) to judge all prophesies and John's admonition to test the spirits, you cover for them. Dana will likely surpass Kim's success (he may already have). And has showed the world how to do it. And you helped create him by soft-pedaling and cover for him. I knew Dana's prophesies were not from God when they first came out. I spoke out. A few others spoke out. Why didn't you? There is only one question left. Will you repent or will you hide?

Thank you pastor Josh for being bold enough to say it like it is. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and you walk it.

I appreciate your explanation on being predestined. Never have I heard it presented this way, however it makes sense to me.

Wow! I am so amazed to listen to my pastor of about 26 years ago. It touches my heart to see and listen to him. When I moved to the east coast we were just beginning to learn about God's Grace. I remember buying the tape and listening to it, what seemed to be about 100x. I'm sure thats an exaggeration!! But that msg. changed my life. Thank-you, Pastor Tom! I find myself constantly thanking God for placing me in your church 39 years ago. God, through you, taught me how to stand. I want to thank you for so much. God richly bless you and all your family.

I’ve always thought self righteousness was being full of self in a pompous way but hadn’t realized that the other side of the spectrum is also self righteousness.
