Awesome video, but you should have mentioned that most of the great aspects of the company were many years ago when the engagement between management and employees meant something. I too was very fortunate to benefit from what was good at one point and to have had supervisors who were great and who inspired me to seek more. It's a shame that your dedication and endless hours committed to that place have not rewarded you with the fruits of a role you deserve.
