In future challenges I do, I will consider doing that style of progress videos but unfortunately I have none from this time. Wish I could travel rn but I can't cause my family is saving for a trip to Korea in the summer 😂 I am currently not on any specific fitness goal as I am trying to recover from body dysmorphia and eating disorderd thoughts, it's been hard to recover but I am doing so much better this week. Hello Jade thanks for another great video. What is your advice for struggling with consistency in the summer months vs the winter months when its cooled down. I feel more motivated in the middle of the year rather that the start. After the initial January motivation I find its much harder to push through in the heat. Do you have any advice?
Thank you for your kind words! 💖 Consistency can be challenging, especially with seasonal changes - especially summer 🥵 In the summer, try shifting your workouts to cooler parts of the day, like early morning or late evening. Also set smaller and achievable goals to maintain momentum. Remember, progress, not perfection is key ⭐️ Embrace the natural ebb and flow of motivation, and find activities you truly enjoy to stay active year-round. In summer I think doing cooler activities like swimming, working out indoors with aircon 🏄🏻♀️❄️ eg. Like gym or indoor sports - anything to beat the heat! 🔥🔥🔥 Remember to also keep an eye on you hydration and food as this will also help massively with the heat and motivation/ energy levels 👟👟✨
Also did I forget to mention how beautiful you are? You're so pretty and i don't know how you look so good while working out! I recorded myself working out and I look like a pig gasping for air 😆😂

Haha I hate lunges as well, they're just so annoying for some reason and I feel like I'm going to fall every time I do them 😂
Me too!! One thing I always try and think when I am doing them is to slow the movement down so I can maintain control so I don't loose balance 🧘🏻♀️

@@irene-vo7wx If you are feeling off balance its totally fine 🤍 I would suggest holding onto something and then going into the lunge if possible so you have the stability but don't forget to really use those muscles to push back up. Don't let your upper body take over ✨

Wow! Amazing video Jadee! I never knew that lifting weights can benefit so much physically AND mentally! I've been struggling with a lot of anxiety as I said in the past comments and I'm excited to see how much I can grow mentally from weight lifting! I actually did a 40 minute dumbell video from one of my favorite fitness youtubers "growingannanas" and it was a full body resistance video and I wanted to ask something. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle so I can get that toned and defined look on my body, so should I seperate each days by a specific body part day? Like for example, should I do an upper body day on Monday and a lower body day on Wednesday? What's your workout schedule like? I also wanted to say, your videos are super motivating and I'm so happy that I found this channel. I can truly see how much you'll grow physically and mentally! Keep going and I can't wait to see more of your videos! 😊 ❤
WOW Irene 🎊 Great job on your dumbell workout you did! I know you have been going through some anxiety and I hope the working out has helped so far. I will have to check them out! I am always looking to try something new 🎀 When it comes to your goals I think it is personal preference and what will keep you engaged, this might mean you try different styles at first to find out what you really like so you can nail down consistency. I would recommend looking at your schedule and seeing what you have time for ✨ This will be key. Usually when doing workout splits you will need to carve out an average of one hour a day to dedicate to weights based on specific body parts. Also with weights usually there is an element of cardio at the end to encourage that fat loss. If you are short on time maybe HIIT workouts are more realistic as they can usually range from 15-30mins 🤍 But keep in mind most HIIT workouts on youtube (that I have seen) are body weight based. But I think the first step is looking at how much time you can dedicate comfortably 💖 My weekly workout routine at the moment typically looks like: - Upper Body (Weights) - Lower Body (Weights) - Full body (Weights) - HIIT session (at some point during the week - flexible) Remember to get plenty of rest as this is when the magic happens for your body okay. It's important to work your way up to a consistent level at your own pace 💖 When I first started I really struggled with consistency but it comes with time ⭐️ Hope this helps! take care Irene!

You inspire me to continue moving forward, 2 weeks ago I actually had a panic attack and that week I was suffering so much anxiety and I couldn't eat a lot because of how anxious I was. I haven't been consistent with working out at all and I'm planning on getting back sometime next week, I really thought this new years I was going to have this happiness of new year and be consistent because it's a new year! No, everything went downhill and I literally was so sluggish this past month. I didn't think my anxiety was gonna get this bad but now i'm recovering and i'm in a healing process, hopefully I can get back to working out and doing the things I love. Thank you for inspiring me to keep going, I can't wait to see your channel grow as well as you physically and mentally! ❤

I have really enjoyed lifting heavy and training for strength, and I will continue to do so, but I want to add cardio back in little by little until I'm fit again, and try to do a bit more yoga
