I love the Morgase/Tallanvor love story...I, personally, feel like it is one of the best love stories in the series (which I have read cover to cover 3 times). It's not that Morgase isn't sure if she has feelings for him or not - it's that it takes her a LONG time to give herself emotional permission to let herself choose what her heart wants and not what is politically best/proper. She WANTS him - he WANTS her - it just takes her time to listen to her heart and she, eventually, does. Who hasn't had a time in life when it is hard to listen to your own heart or to know what it is saying? Who hasn't experienced that fear of doing what your heart desires vs. what your head is telling you to do and trying to figure out if it is the right decision to listen to your heart or not and what that would mean for your life (when it is a big decision). I think that most people can relate to that (at least at some time or another) and that is all that is happening inside of Morgase. Don't forget that she got married for political reasons at a very young age and had been doing the political thing her entire life. Her love with Tallanvor is the first time, in her whole life, that she has ever put herself (as opposed to her country) first. It's really a story about a person finding herself and feeling (for herself) for the first time in her life. It's not that she is unsure if she wants him or not - it's her struggling to give herself permission to do something truly selfish and just for her for the very first time in her whole life - in many ways, she is just finding out who she really is as a person - not just as a queen. In a way, it is a story of her coming to life for the very first time - and for him, it is a story of pursuing his heart and chasing the woman he loves despite believing that it could never be more than a dream. That is why I love their love story so much. They both want it - and it is good for them - and they eventually do it- but there is a struggle (for both of them) around listening to their hearts, first, and that is so very human...

Not just any old whitecloaks are outside Tar Valon with Valda, Dain Bornhald is there in TDR and gets put on his ass by Egwene, Nynaeve, and Elayne after he and the gang of whitecloaks he was leading stopped them and their group then made as if to take them prisoner. They channeled making the ground and then Verin erupt, love that scene.

If the Tower coup is a bloody battle like unfolds in the books I doubt we see it onscreen considering time and money constraints. I think Jen is right that it will be mainly political maneuvering, I think with Elaida featuring heavily, that results in Siuan's downfall. IMO this route does impact the Tower split but the nasty divorce can still happen, though with much less bloodshed.

It is quite a spectacle in the books as they kill over 20 people during the theft and getaway, it just all happens off page and the tower puff girls are told of it.

Verin gives Egwene the ter'angreal right after being visited by Lanfear and before Egwene is going to go into a ter'angreal, which then goes berserk while Egwene is inside. 👀🤔 What a weird and wild coincidence.

From what I remember in TDR the BA tried to break into the storerooms for angreal and sa'angreal that are past the ones for ter'angreal but were unable to according to Siuan.

I don't remember Matrim telling Elayne about that at the end of TDR, and I just re-read that. Also considering the poor relationship between Mat and Elayne and how she and the two other girls bullied him after he rescued them before wandering off to try and get themselves attacked and captured or killed, again, I don't know how or when that convo would've happened between the two at the end of TDR. It think it happens off page sometime at the beginning of TSR while they are in the Stone.

I think the press release language is in line with the history of the conflict as people were killed in battles as well as assassinations, that is brutal.

Is it possible that Suian actually sends Egwene to the waste to learn from the wise ones since there's no one in the tower that can teach her to dream walk? Provided Egwene realizes she can dream walk shortly after taking her Accepted test.

If the girls somehow find out the BA are trying to get the male a'dam (maybe via Egwene in TAR), it could make sense to leave on their own - they may be afraid that the Tower would use it on him and therefore not reveal it to any Aes Sedai

I thought at the end of TGS, there is a short scene where she goes to Lini and Morgase tells Lini that something is wrong with Mogase. They, along with Tallinavor and Gill sneak out of the city. But perhaps this happened in TFoH.

Honestly my feeling is that the show doesn't have the time to have either the Morgase or the sea folk storylines.

Release date for season 3 is listed as March 13 according to Amazon.

This is stupid. Your thumbnail is about casting for series 3 in the present. The series has already been filmed and is ready or almost ready to realease in 2025. They wouldn’t release in 2025 if it wasn’t already filmed. They’re probably doing last minute editing and stuff. I didn’t watch your behind times video because your thumbnail wasn’t an educated or informed truth.

It would be something special if Juliet Howland got to sing as Wisdom Natti Cauthon while caring for someone.

I think they are changing a lot of the story. I think Moiraine come to rescue Siuan after learning that she was possessed by Lanfear. I am fairly certain that Lanfear planned the ending of the season. Because she says that she likes a broken Amyrlin better. And unless she stilled Siuan which still is possible she must refer to the division in the tower that is to come unless she is referring to Liandrin as she is seen sitting on the Amyrlin throne.

Between Moiraine and Rand I think there will be at least 40min of screen time for the Rhuidean sequence in episode 4, and I for one won't be surprised if it presses up to or past 50 as Nynaeve's test to be Accepted got around 20min in S2E3 What Might Be.

Considering how some audience members continue to react to Rand as if he is cheating on Egwene whenever there is an attractive woman near him I think Tom is onto something about it being a good idea to bring as much resolution to Perrin's feelings for Laila as they can manage before him and Faile get romantic or physically intimate, if just to spare us this misunderstanding. 🙃 Though maybe this won't be a problem for them since Laila is dead so they'll have to accept their relationship got axed? 🤔

Perrin returning to the Two Rivers (Manetheren), meeting Faile, and finding out his family was butchered all in S302 A Question of Crimson. The title thematically suits the content here in a myriad of ways, I like it.

Liandrin being able to call a bunch of Black Ajah to help her in this way raises it's own questions such as does Liandrin have a leadership role among the BA and has the BA organizational structure been altered in the show or is this all a setup of some twisted plan of the shadow to have Liandrin outed to kick off the battle? Aside from the questions that bit of info raises the way the fight is being described as starting makes me curious if the storeroom theft angle is being dropped entirely or if it's a sidebar to this feature of Liandrin being outed then calling forth a hidden cohort from among the Sisters in the Hall to aid her escape?

I think it's pretty clear why they don't have characters communicate Jen, because as soon as you do some poor woman gets magically cut in half, and not in a way where she's still smiling after.
